We have come a long way since the early days! Mr. Mac Levitt began his real estate career working for CENTURY 21 Norwood. Doing real estate business soon became his life long commitment. In his first year of real estate, Mac Levitt closed over $150 Million Dollars worth of home sales and received the Centurion award; a difficult feat for its time!

Soon afterward, he decided to open his own office. By now Mac Levitt had put together a good team of agents including his wife, Pat Levitt and daughter, Carri Chicurel and longtime associate manager (now national real estate speaker), Darryl Davis. Within the first six months, Mac Levitt Realty had become the number one office in Oceanside. New agents joined the team to continue the success of the company and it became time to expand from one office to two with a grand opening of our Freeport location 1997.

Mac Levitt was a successful independent company with the highest rankings in the area when CENTURY 21 Franchise Corporation selected the firm to represent them as their designated brokerage in 1997. By joining with CENTURY 21, Mac Levitts real estate firm created a powerful force in real estate. CENTURY 21 Mac Levitt continued to expand and open new offices in Baldwin and East Rockaway over the next few years.
